The East Residences offer affordable housing but this by no means, indicates that the housing options here are shabby. The units at the east residences feature laundry areas within each unit. Each unit here also features a recessed balcony. The units come with an automatic fire sprinkler installed and are provisioned to facilitate telephone, cable and split air conditioning units. Restrooms are equipped with a water closet, lavatory, paper & tissue holders and shower set and each unit features drying cages. Main doors of units feature steel doors and steel door jambs while the balcony door and jamb are made from PVC. Windows are aluminum sliding type and made with Analok glass. The units are complete with ceramic floor tiles except for the kitchen area. In the kitchen you will find a modular design with stainless steel kitchen sink and base cabinet. The community features a five story walk up setup with total of 212 units with building one hosting 84 units, while buildings 2 and 3 host 64 units each. The buildings are design with a maximum of 6 units on each floor to maintain some amount of privacy for the residents. Every cluster has their own lobby area.
